It's time to hear about Ireland! Yipppeeeeeeeee. Well, we were mostly along the West Coast for our trip, that is, not in Dublin. Sorry kids... But we got to see the beautiful mountains and green pastures of Ireland. It was really freakin' nice.
Note that all pictures are Google images, and not actually my pics-- they're just so you can follow.
We flew there and back on a neato airline called Aer Lingus. The airplanes were puuuurty.

On the first day, after we got off the plane in Shannon and on the way to the hotel which was in Cong, we stopped by the Cliffs of Moher. Pretty awesome. James fell off, but he was okay after a band-aid.

In Cong, we stayed at a place called Ashford Castle, a really really old castle made into a 5 star hotel in 1980. This place was crraaaazzzy. And so great. As a matter of fact, Pierce Brosnan (however you spell it) rented out the whole place for his wedding. Daaamn. Yeh, we got to stay in a suite and happiness abounded. So totally fun and wonderful and... good.

While there, we drove through these mountains that I can't figure out how to spell, and therefore have no pictures of in here. It was called Dulaugh or sooomething, but it was really beautiful.
Next we meandered down to Killarney and stayed at a place called Aghadoe Heights that overlooked the Lakes of Killarney. No suite this time, but an awesome view! Wow, we're lucky people.

They had a fun pool here too. Fun.

While here we spent some time shopping in the town of Killarney and walking in what is called the Gap of Dunloe, between some of the mountains that are along the lakes. That was pretty.

After that we drove back up towards the Dingle peninsula which is the most western part of Europe and, I must say, is theeeee most beautiful place on the planet! These pictures don't do the place justice, but you can get an idea.

While here, and on other drives on the crazy crazy roads, I found that my new motion sickness ear patches actually worked! No sicky sicky for Kelly. Yay.

Besides not getting sick, I also enjoyed feeding sea gulls my leftover toast from breakfast. Oh happiness again.

Dingle was our last stop and we headed backhome, after which James and I suffered from just a little jet lag... and having to write dumb papers for Broussard's military history class. Welcome back to America! Ha.
So that was Ireland. Thank you, come again.
